More adult players are now investing in the protective equipment.
A 23-year-old man found himself in handcuffs on Monday afternoon after he allegedly threatened people with a gun at a Saskatoon business.
According to police, officers were called to the 900 block of 22nd Street West just before 4 p.m.
“The man fled the scene before police arrived but was located and arrested shortly after, near the 200 block of Avenue K North with the assistance of a police service dog and handler,” the police service said in a statement.

“Upon a search of his person, police located a sawed-off rifle and sawed-off shotgun.”
Police said the man is now facing a number of weapons charges on top of outstanding warrants, and was also charged with breaching a release order.
