Traffic restrictions at the intersection of Eighth Street East and Campbell Avenue have been lifted.
The busy Saskatoon road was temporarily restricted on Wednesday after a 61-year-old woman was hit by a vehicle.
According to police, officers were called to the scene at around 11 a.m. The woman – who was a pedestrian – was taken to hospital with what police believed were life-threatening injuries.
In an update, police said she is now in stable condition.
This was the second day in a row that a crash led to traffic restrictions on Eighth Street East, after a multi-vehicle collision knocked out a traffic light at a busy intersection on Tuesday.
