A man was sent to hospital Friday afternoon after he was hit by a vehicle in La Ronge.
RCMP responded to La Ronge Avenue and Nunn Street just before 4 p.m.
Mounties said bystanders stopped the driver when he tried to run away and was arrested by police at the scene.
The man who was hit was sent to hospital with serious injuries.
Police are asking the public to share any video they have from the incident, including security footage from cameras or doorbells in the area.
