A major freeway ramp in Saskatoon is scheduled to be closed for repairs Sunday morning.
According to the City of Saskatoon, the southbound ramp connecting Circle Drive to College Drive will be closed for patching work Sunday morning, starting at 6 a.m.
Detours will be in place to guide drivers around the roadwork.
“This project is expected to take six hours to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances,” the city said in a statement. “Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours.”
The city also reminded drivers to be cautious whenever passing construction or work zones.
“When you’re in a work zone, the risk of hurting yourself and others is high,” the city said. “Slow down, obey signs and watch for workers.”
