11:00 – The University of Regina’s Dementia Supports in Rural Saskatchewan (DSRS) team collaborates with the University of Saskatchewan’s Rural Dementia Action Research (RaDAR) to establish a memory clinic. The Clinic will be located in the Esterhazy District Medical Clinic to help people with concerns about dementia. Dr. Debra Morgan is Professor and Chair of Rural Health Delivery at the Canadian Centre for Rural and Agricultural Health in the Department of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan. She joins Gormley to discuss the clinic’s launch and the support it will give in the rural community.
