8:30 – Over the weekend, the Russian mercenary group Wagner led by Yevgeny Prigozhin, marched on Moscow after members of their force were killed by the Russian military. The group seized two cities before a deal was reached not to charge the group with treason. Meta has confirmed it will comply with the Bill by ending news availability on Facebook and Instagram for Canadian users.
