Police restricted traffic in the 2300 block of St. George Avenue on Wednesday afternoon while officers executed a search warrant.
According to police, officers with the Tactical Support Unit were on the scene assisting other officers as they executed the warrant.
Police said traffic restrictions were put in place between Adelaide Street and Ruth Street, and asked the public to avoid the area if possible.
Traffic restrictions were lifted before 7:00 p.m.
Police have not released any further details about the search.
