A person was found dead inside a burned residence on Idylwyld Drive North on Wednesday.
Police said officers were called to the scene of the structure fire and set up a perimeter, including traffic restrictions, while firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze.
As firefighters were working, police said they discovered the body of an “unknown aged male” inside.
The Forensic Identification Unit is now on the scene, police said, and traffic restrictions are expected to continue through rush hour.
Drivers and pedestrians were asked to avoid the area, if possible.
