The Saskatoon Blades will once again play to keep their season alive.
They are down 3-2 in the best-of-seven series against the Red Deer Rebels in the WHL playoffs.
After dropping the first three games, Saskatoon has battled back to win the past two.
Blades head coach Brennan Sonne said they play better when they are relaxed.
“As easy as it would be to get all stressed out, and tight, and all that stuff. As a staff and as a team, that’s not when we thrive. We thrive when we’re enjoying the moment, having fun together and a little bit loose,” Sonne said.
He saw that during the first round series against the Regina Pats.
“Game 1 against Regina for example. Tight, nerves. Game 7 against Regina? Loose, having fun,” Sonne added.
The Blades will have to win on Sunday on the road in Red Deer in order to have a chance to play in a Game 7 back at the SaskTel Centre.
Puck drop for Game 6 is at 2 p.m
