Regina’s #1 hit music station is paying tribute to Connor Bedard.
CJME’s sister station Z99 is turning into “Bedard 99” all day Tuesday, as the ZED Family shares stories, memories and appreciation of the Regina Pats star.
“It’s about letting Regina and Saskatchewan recognize this extraordinary young player and celebrate his achievements together,” the station said in a statement.
Stories and memories will be shared on the station’s Facebook and Instagram pages throughout the day.
Bedard, who’s widely expected to be picked first in the upcoming NHL draft, was eliminated from the WHL playoffs along with the Pats Monday night after losing Game 7 of the series against the Saskatoon Blades.
