A man from Lashburn has been charged after allegedly committing an indecent act at a pool in Lloydminster.
On Monday, the RCMP received a report from the Bioclean Athletic Centre. Following an investigation, S.B. Habetler, 45, of Lashburn was charged with committing an indecent act and mischief.
The RCMP didn’t say what act was allegedly committed.
Habetler was taken before a justice of the peace Tuesday and released on conditions, with his next court date set for April 4.
Later that day, the RCMP found Habetler outside a local daycare, which was a breach of his release conditions. He was arrested again and charged with breach of release conditions.
After appearing in court on Wednesday, he was again released.
The Lloydminster RCMP believes there may be more victims and encourage those people to come forward.
