A 20-year-old Saskatoon woman has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor.
According to police, officers responded Thursday at about 11:45 p.m., to the 300 block of Avenue U South for a call of a sexual assault in progress.
When officers arrived at the scene, they learned a woman had allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy before leaving. Officers found the woman a short time later and arrested her.
The woman was charged with sexual interference and sexual assault; she also was wanted on an outstanding warrant. Police say the woman and the boy know each other.
