The fridgid temperatures has resulted in school buses not running Wednesday morning.
The Saskatoon public and catholic school divisions have cancelled elementary bus service for the entire day.
This also includes high school students from Martensville and Warman who get bused to Bishop James Mahoney High School.
The Prairie Spirit School Division also cancelled bus routes and charters for the morning, but will notify parents about the status of afternoon buses at 12:00 p.m.
Despite bus cancellations, all schools remain for regular classes.
