8:30 – Two members of Regina City Council, Dan LeBlanc and Andrew Stevens, and a local activist Florence Stratton have filed a lawsuit against the city manager. It’s over a city council motion to end homelessness in Regina. Councillor LeBlanc, who is acting as the lawyer on the case, joins Gormley to explain why they are seeking legal action.
