11:00– Last week a national seniors advocacy organization called CanAge released a report which assesses how Canada is prepared to handle the rise in dementia. Dr. Joshua Armstrong, a research scientist with the Alzheimer Society of Canada joins Gormley to discuss Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and how they are affected by age.

12:15– Agriculture in the Classroom Saskatchewan has launched a new storybook about harvest time. Many of us are familiar with the beauty of harvest season in this province, and now we can read about it too! The book launched in early October to celebrate agriculture month in Saskatchewan. We talk to Kendall Wicks, the author of the book about the inspiration behind it.
