12:00 – A new study by the Fraser Institute has found the average Canadian family of four will pay out an estimated $15,847 for public healthcare insurance this year. According to the study, “most Canadians are unaware of the true cost of health care because they never see the bill for medical services.” Bacchus Barua, Associate Director of Health Policy Studies with the Fraser Institute, is here to discuss the findings.
