A Regina man is facing child pornography charges following an investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit.
On May 3, members of the ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Regina and seized electronic devices for further forensic analysis.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested Zackary Bellegarde on June 10 and charged him with two counts of possession and distribution of child pornography.
According to a release, police allege the 35-year-old was distributing child pornography through two popular online social media applications.
He was released on numerous conditions and is scheduled to appear again on July 28 at 9:30 a.m.
