Canada’s rules for entering the country, intended to help curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus, have been extended until at least June 30.
Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada made the announcement Tuesday.
Under the current rules, all travellers entering the country need to submit their information through the ArriveCan app or website, regardless of vaccination status.
Unvaccinated Canadians and permanent residents are still permitted to enter Canada, but are required to show a negative test and quarantine for 14 days.
Masks are still required for air passengers, whether in an airport or on a flight.
