North Battleford RCMP dealing with armed and barricaded situation

There is currently a heavy police presence in the northwest end of North Battleford.

North Battleford RCMP is responding to an armed and barricaded situation in an apartment building.

It’s taking place on the 2400 block of Killdeer Street.

North Battleford RCMP has managed to secure the entire area around the apartment building.

RCMP members are trying to negotiate with the male barricaded inside the building.

Police are asking citizens to stay away from the area at the moment.
