Saskatoon Police arrested and charged a man in connection to a shooting in the Fairhaven neighbourhood last Friday.
At roughly 9 a.m. Friday, Police were called to a home in the 10 block of Bushe Place, located just a few blocks away from Fairhaven School.
Officers arrived to find a 37-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was transported to hospital where he is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Following an investigation, another 37-year-old man was located at a hotel in the 1100 block of Idylwyld Drive North early in the morning on Saturday.
When officers arrested him, he was “in possession” of a Kevlar vest and a pellet gun. He is charged with attempted murder, point firearm, and prohibited possession of firearm.
The victim and the alleged shooter are known to each other.
