A man is facing 14 charges following a month-long investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service drug unit and tactical support unit.
Saskatoon police executed what it called a “high-risk” search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Cartier Crescent on Friday, arresting a 36-year-old man and a woman in her 30s after finding a rifle with a high-capacity magazine, a homemade suppressor and a handgun.
Roughly 54 grams of cocaine also were seized along with some cash.
The 36-year-old is facing charges of trafficking cocaine, possession of proceeds of crime and 11 gun-related charges.
The woman isn’t facing any charges.
