Murray Wood: Are Saskatchewan Roughrider fans still the best in the CFL?
Murray Wood says attendance at Rider seems to be down, even though the team guards the numbers. But with a strong record...
A motorcycle crash on the Circle Drive East overpass at Highway 11 late Friday afternoon sent one man to hospital with serious injuries.
Saskatoon police responded at 5:08 p.m.
The investigation shows the driver locked up his front brake while approaching the cloverleaf and laid the bike on its left side, police said in a media release.
The 68-year-old man came off the bike and slid into the left lane.
He was taken to Royal University Hospital for treatment of head injuries and a collapsed lung.
Police believe rain was a contributing factor to the crash and said the man was not impaired.
