Two men were arrested following a hit and run crash involving a motorcycle and a drunk driver Wednesday.
Saskatoon police were called to the area of Spadina Crescent East and Ravine Drive for reports of a hit and run involving a vehicle and a motorcycle around 9:40 p.m.
The 43 year-old motorcyclist was transported to hospital by paramedics with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The northbound motorcycle was struck by a vehicle before it quickly fled the scene, according to a police media release.
Minutes later, the air support unit found the suspected vehicle travelling in the area of Mallin Crescent and Adilman Drive nearby driving “at a high rate of speed.”
Officers stopped the suspects in a parking lot in the 2800 block of Wanuskewin Road.
A 21-year-old Duck Lake man was charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm and three other charges.
A 24-year-old Duck Lake man was charged and was later released.
