Three homes were affected in a Sunday morning fire on 33rd Street West in Saskatoon.
The blaze, which started on one property, quickly spread to two neighbouring structures. It took around 1 hour to get under control, and after further investigations Sunday, Saskatoon Fire had an update late Sunday night.
Its early investigations concluded that the fire started on the deck of the initial home, but the cause of the fire is still being looked at. The damage estimates for each affected property are around $325,000, according to the department.
The Saskatoon Police Service will continue investigations.
