A woman was seriously hurt in a weekend crash that closed Highway 7 near Delisle.
In an update Monday, police said they were called to the scene of the crash at about 3:55 p.m. Friday.
They said an eastbound car crashed into a westbound truck, that was hauling a trailer with two horses inside.
The woman driving the car was hurt badly, and taken to hospital by STARS.
Mounties don’t have an update on her condition.
The two people in the truck were hurt and taken to hospital, but are recovering from their injuries. The horses weren’t hurt.
Highway 7 was closed in both directions while investigators were on the scene.
Police haven’t yet released any details on what caused the crash.
