Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for areas in central Saskatchewan, including the City of Saskatoon.
Other areas covered by the watch include those near Humboldt, Martensville and Outlook.
The weather office says conditions could lead to severe thunderstorms Saturday afternoon, with the potential for loonie-sized hail, wind gusts in excess of 90 kilometres per hour and more than two inches of rain.
