A popular venue in Saskatoon for weddings and Folk Fest is getting a new lease on life.
Colliers International confirmed to 650 CKOM Monday the former German Cultural Centre off Lorne Avenue has been “unconditionally sold” and the deal is scheduled to close in a “matter of weeks.”
The German Canadian Club Concordia closed the facility at the end of August sighting COVID-19 measures and put the building up for sale.
Colliers could not reveal who the buyer is until the deal closes or the future plans for the facility.
