Who doesn’t love a good meatball? This is one of my family’s favorite meal to eat. These sweet and sour meatballs are tender, perfectly seasoned,
and delicious!
Let’s start by Preheating oven to 350 degrees F.
For the meatballs, combine lean ground beef, quick oats, eggs, chopped onion, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mix well. Form meat
mixture into about 12 meatballs (right around 2-inches each). Place in a lightly greased 9X13-inch pan.
For the sauce, whisk together brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard, bbq sauce, & Worcestershire sauce until well-combined.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is slightly thickened.
Next grab a few meatballs and serve over hot, cooked rice along side of carrots and peas, and please don’t forget to some of that sauce that you
cooked with the meatballs. Guess what, it’s eatin time!!!
