'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
A rollover near the intersection of Highway 7 and 11th Street West sent two people to hospital early Sunday morning.
According to police, the initial report of the rollover was sent to dispatch just after 2 a.m. Two men, aged 29 and 30, were ejected from the vehicle and suffered what police described as “life-threatening injuries.”
An updated release said that the two men were in hospital in stable condition.
Excessive speed is believed to be a contributing factor.
Traffic was delayed in the area for much of the morning Sunday, but has since returned to normal.
