Two people were seriously hurt Sunday in a head-on collision west of Saskatoon.
The Saskatoon Fire Department says it got a call just before 6:45 p.m., about a collision on Highway 14 about 16 kilometres west of the city.
Arriving at the scene, firefighters and officers from the Warman RCMP detachment found two vehicles had collided head-on.
The Asquith Fire Department pulled one person out of one of the vehicles and Saskatoon firefighters helped get another person out of the second vehicle.
One of the people was taken by STARS helicopter to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon.
Police don’t think road conditions were a factor in the collision.
