A 24-year-old woman is dead after a head-on collision Friday afternoon on Circle Drive.
She was driving a southbound vehicle that collided with a northbound vehicle around 1:30 p.m., police said in a media release.
The two people inside the northbound vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The crash forced the closure of Circle Drive between College Drive and Attridge Drive for several hours for the collision analyst unit’s investigation.
As of Saturday morning, police had not released a cause of the collision.
Traffic reopened around 9 p.m. Friday.
