RCMP said shortly after 9 p.m., multiple vehicles were involved in a collision south of the Hepburn turnoff.
The Mounties, STARS air ambulance, and the Hepburn and Waldheim fire departments attended the scene.
Traffic restrictions were lifted early Wednesday.
