Another school in the Prairie Spirit School Division (PSSD) has an individual with COVID-19.
According to the PSSD, the Saskatchewan Health Authority has informed the division of the case at Warman Community Middle School.
The school community has been informed and due to privacy, the division is not able to share details of the case.
“We are working closely with Public Health staff to ensure necessary measures are in place to protect all students and staff,” a release Sunday from PSSD reads.
“We all have a shared responsibility to decrease the risk of COVID-19 entering schools. Our school plans contain many important measures, processes and protocols which add layers of protection for students and staff.”
The division did not specify if this case would close an affected classroom or the school entirely.
