The City of Saskatoon has now added a seventh polling station ahead of Friday’s civic election.
In a release, the city says there will now be polling stations at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Silverspring, Prairieland Park, the Cosmo Civic Centre, the Lawson Civic Centre, the Lakewood Civic Centre, the Shaw Centre and City Hall.
The election was supposed to have taken place Monday, but was postponed as people were having trouble getting to polling stations after Sunday’s blizzard created havoc on roadways.
The polls are to be open Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
