If you’re planning to vote in the provincial election Monday and don’t have a ride in Regina or Saskatoon, you can take the bus.
There’s a bit of a catch, though.
While bus service is free on both the provincial (Oct. 26) and civic election (Nov.9) days, you’ll have to download the pass on your smartphone to get it.
The Saskatoon Transit pass can be found here, while the Regina Transit pass can be found here.
The pass can either be shown to the bus operators when boarding, or you can print out a copy. Children can also travel with their parents who show a valid pass.
A reminder that masks are mandatory for riders in both Regina and in Saskatoon.
