The moose in Saskatoon is no longer on the loose, according to Saskatoon police.
The animal was first spotted Sunday morning on the Broadway Bridge in the city.
Police issued an update just after 3:30 Sunday, saying the moose had wandered into a yard in the 100 block of Briarvale Road. Conservation Officers were then notified, attended and tranquillized the moose.
It will be transported outside the city, but won’t be released back into the wild until it is alert enough to care for itself.
