There has been another positive COVID-19 case at Holy Cross High School.
Parents were sent a letter Tuesday saying, “in communication from the SHA (Saskatchewan Health Authority), this individual was in attendance while they were communicable during the week ending September 25.”
The school principal, Thomas Hickey, said in the letter that public health will be contacting parents/caregivers of students and any staff/visitors/volunteers who may have been in close contact with the case and providing direction.
A release from Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools says the SHA is conducting contact tracing and the risk of exposure for anyone not considered to be a close contact remains low.
Classes at Holy Cross will continue as scheduled.
On Friday, an outbreak was declared at the school.
