Police are searching for two men following an assault outside a grocery store Tuesday night.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of 8th Street East about a man who had been stabbed. Upon arrival, police located a 34-year-old man suffering from minor injuries.
The victim told police he had parked and exited a delivery vehicle when he was approached by two men.
According to police, they demanded his wallet and during the attack the victim was struck with a sharp object. The suspects fled on foot. A canine track was conducted but did not locate the pair.
