A cougar was spotted crossing a front yard in Moose Jaw early Monday morning.
The big cat was captured by a doorbell camera shortly after midnight at a home in the 900 block of James Street.
Moose Jaw police went to the area but could not find the animal. Conservation officers will be searching the area.
Police are asking the public not to approach the cougar or to try and chase it off.
