City was on schedule to reopen on Dec. 13, and now has to remove the ice again.

Tera Gulbranson has been located and found to be safe.

Saskatoon police are asking the public for help locating Tera Gulbranson.
The 46-year-old was last seen at a home in the 300 block of Camponi Place in the Fairhaven neighbourhood sometime between September 16th and 17th.
Police say they are concerned for her safety as she may be in a vulnerable state.
Gulbranson is 5 foot 6 and approximately 200 pounds. She has short, light brown hair which may be straight or wavy, blue eyes and her bottom teeth are crooked. A ‘tree of life’ tattoo is visible on one wrist.
Anyone who may have information on her location is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300.
