The Saskatchewan Health Authority says a person who tested positive for COVID-19 was at the Regina International Airport on Sunday.
In a release Friday, the SHA said the individual arrived at the airport on Air Canada 7947 from Toronto at 9:30 p.m., collected their luggage and left the airport at 10 p.m.
Anyone who was in the arrivals area of the airport at that time is urged to self-monitor for symptoms for 14 days.
It’s the second time in two days the airport has been mentioned in an SHA advisory.
The Air Canada flight was one of two recent flights into Saskatchewan that carried COVID-positive passengers.
The provincial government said the affected rows on that flight are 3 to 16.
Another plane — Flair Airlines 8513 from Toronto to Saskatoon on Sept. 3 — also carried a passenger who later tested positive for COVID. The affected rows on that flight were 1 to 7.
Anyone who was on those flights should watch for symptoms for two weeks.
