According to a new investigation by veteran journalist Terry Milewski, the threat from these extremists has changed over the years, but has not gone away. Writing for the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, Milewski says Pakistan is now the driving force nurturing a new generation of violent Khalistani extremists who present a very real threat to both Canada and India.
