The Saskatchewan Health Authority is warning of potential COVID-19 exposures in the north-central areas of the province.
The exposure alert stretches from Prince Albert to North Battleford over four days.
It begins at Prince Albert’s Lake Country Coop Food Store Cornerstone. The individuals were there from noon to 1 p.m. on Aug. 28.
Then, they were at Memorial Lake Regional Park campground, including the Mini-Golf course. That exposure was from Aug. 28 at 3 p.m. to Aug. 30 at 11 a.m.
Then, the general store in Shell Lake. The exposure was on Aug. 29 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Additionally, on Aug. 29, the individuals were at the liquor vendor at the Teddy Bears Den in Shell Lake from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The final exposure was indicted on Aug. 31 in North Battleford, at the Tim Horton’s on Territorial Drive from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
There is no indication in Thursday’s release that the individuals were part of a group, or known to one another.
Public Health officials are advising individuals at the locations on the specified dates and times to immediately self-isolate if they have, or had COVID-19 symptoms. Additionally, arrange testing by calling the HealthLine 811.
Others that visited the locations on the specified dates and times without symptoms are asked to self-monitor for 14 days.
Individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to COVID-19.
