Crews were called to a home on the 200 block of Avenue N South at 9:37 p.m. for a possible residential fire.
Three trucks, a rescue unit and a ladder truck arrived at the scene less than three minutes later. A small fire was discovered outside the home, which was quickly put out by 9:57 p.m.
No pets or people or fire were found during a search inside the home. The area was ventilated before fire and police investigators discovered the fire was intentionally set.
