Delisle fire crews have contained a fire that burned just west of the community Tuesday.
650 CKOM reporter Logan Stein was on the scene Wednesday afternoon. He spoke with a police officer in the area who said the fire was started by a combine out in the field.
The officer also said he didn’t believe anyone had been injured.
The wind made battling the blaze a challenge. According to the Town of Delisle Facebook page, crews were able to control the fire by 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The fire department is reporting that the prairie fire west of Delisle is well under control. They will continue dealing…
