Thursday was a third day of record breaking heat in Saskatchewan.
Environment Canada says Regina was one of six communities to break a record.
The high temperature hit 34.7 C, beating out the previous record of 33.9 C set in 1961.
Assiniboia, Last Mountain Lake, Lucky Lake, Weyburn and Elbow also set a new temperature benchmark.
Elbow was the hot spot across the nation, coming in at 35.5 C.
Heat warnings have now been lifted, though highs will continue to hover around the 30 C mark in much of the province over the weekend.
