Saskatoon police arrested a man and woman Thursday following an early morning chase that ended in a farmyard.
Just before 1 a.m. officers saw a stolen vehicle near 11th Street West and Highway 7, police said in a media release.
When officers attempted to stop the vehicle the driver went to Highway 14 and began going east.
Police deployed a tire deflation device, but the driver went into the ditch toward a farmyard near Chapel Road where it eventually stopped.
Officers arrested the driver and passenger soon after without incident.
The driver, a 40-year-old man, is charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, evading police, possession of stolen property and breach of an undertaking.
The 40-year-old woman, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on outstanding warrants.
