Eight new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Saskatchewan on Sunday, raising the total to 1,342.
Three were located in the South region, two in the Saskatoon region, and one each in the North, Central and Regina regions.
Another 16 people recovered and the active case count is at 254.
Hospitalizations increased by four from the day before, to 18. There are now seven patients under intensive care, one in the North, four in Saskatoon and two in Regina.
The province reached a testing milestone, conducting 2,104 of them yesterday, the highest number performed to date.
