A 29-year old woman is facing arson charges after four small fires were set in the Riversdale area of Saskatoon overnight.
At around 2:50 a.m., patrol officers came across a fire burning in a garbage can in the 600 block of 20th Street West. They also found a small fire burning on the ground nearby.
The officers then saw a woman at Avenue F and 20th Street lighting two more fires in garbage cans. The officers arrested her at the scene.
No one was injured during the incidents.
The woman is facing four counts of arson.
