A potentially tragic incident was avoided Sunday just after noon due to the help of a concerned citizen.
A Good Samaritan was able to help out a man, who was driving a motorized scooter and took a wrong turn, winding up on Circle Drive bridge.
Saskatoon police confirmed the man received a helping hand from a passerby, who stopped and assisted him until officers arrived.
At one point, the man was on the eastbound side of the Circle Drive bridge, driving the wrong way.
Saskatoon police says no one was injured and the man was transported home safely.
